This page explains the licenses and usage rights for all creative content provided by Brand Anthem Studio, including music, visuals, AI generated content, and video assets. By purchasing a service or using our deliverables, you agree to the terms below.
Our goal is to provide simple, clear licensing that supports your brand without unnecessary restrictions.
Music includes background music, brand theme songs, audio tags, on hold songs, and commercial use tracks.
What you CAN do
Unless stated otherwise, your license allows:
• Use in your brand’s videos, reels, posts, and ads
• Use on your website, landing pages, and email campaigns
• Use in paid advertising on all major platforms
• Use in presentations, events, and in store screens
• Use in phone systems and on hold experiences
• Unlimited impressions and no time limit
You can use the music across your brand without additional royalties.
Clients may not:
• Resell the music
• Distribute it as a standalone product
• Upload it to music streaming platforms as your own track
• Add it to public music libraries or templates
• Allow other brands to use it
• Claim authorship or production credit
• Brand Anthem Studio retains ownership of all music created unless exclusive ownership is purchased.
• Clients receive a commercial use license, not full copyright ownership, unless specified in writing.
AI Generated Visual Licensing
This includes AI models, AI enhanced product images, and scene creation.
Your license allows:
• Use in ads, organic posts, websites, and videos
• Use in product pages, catalogs, and promotional materials
• Editing, cropping, or modifying the visuals
• Commercial use across all digital platforms
• Unlimited impressions and no expiration
2.2 What you CANNOT do
• Sell the image as a stock asset or template
• Upload the image to stock libraries
• Claim that a real human model appears if one does not
• Resell or distribute the visuals outside your brand
• Brand Anthem Studio provides a license to use the visuals commercially.
• We retain rights to the underlying AI generation process and materials.
• Exclusive licensing is available upon request.
Video and Reel Licensing
This includes Brand Anthem Videos, Premium Product Reels, and any video based output.
You may use delivered videos:
• Across social media and ad platforms
• On websites, landing pages, and product pages
• In presentations, internal materials, and brand story content
Clients may not:
• Resell templates or video structures
• Remove watermarking without permission if drafts are sent
• Publish unlicensed music edits
• Video compositions remain the intellectual property of Brand Anthem Studio.
• Clients receive a perpetual commercial license for brand use.
Unlimited brand usage
All licenses provided are:
• Commercial
• Perpetual
• Non exclusive (unless upgraded)
• Unlimited in impressions
• Global
This means you can use your assets anywhere in the world, for as long as you want, for your brand.
Licenses apply to one brand only.
If you run multiple businesses, each requires its own license or agreement.
Exclusive rights give the client:
• Full ownership of the final music track or visual
• Rights to modify or distribute as desired
• Assurance that the asset will never be reused or resold
Exclusive licenses require a custom agreement and carry higher pricing due to full transfer of intellectual property.
Attribution is optional but appreciated.

Credit is not required for commercial use.
Clients may not use deliverables in:
• Illegal, harmful, or hateful content
• Deepfake impersonation of real people
• Political campaigns without explicit permission
• NFTs or blockchain projects unless licensed separately
We reserve the right to revoke licensing if content is used in harmful or abusive ways.
Licenses may be revoked if:
• Payments are not completed
• Deliverables are resold or redistributed
• Terms are violated intentionally
Once revoked, the client must remove the content from all platforms.
