By accessing our website, purchasing a service, or using any deliverables we provide, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before working with us.
These Terms and Conditions govern all services offered by Brand Anthem Studio, including but not limited to:
• Branded music and theme songs
• Background music tracks
• AI enhanced product images
• AI model visuals
• Product reels and brand videos
• Audio branding and sound design
By commissioning work from us, you confirm that you have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business or organization.
• Payments must be completed before project delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Subscription based services are billed monthly. Late payments may pause or delay service.
• All fees are final and non refundable once work has begun.
• Prices may change, but ongoing clients will be notified before adjustments take effect.
• Each service includes a specified number of revisions as noted in the package.
• Additional revisions or creative changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra fees.
• Revisions must be requested within seven days of receiving the initial delivery unless otherwise stated.
Deliverables may include audio files, video files, AI generated visuals, or other creative content.
All deliverables are provided in standard digital formats suitable for commercial use.
Brand Anthem Studio is not responsible for:
• Technical issues on third party platforms
• Installation of audio files on phone or VoIP systems
• Uploading content to social media or advertising platforms
• Third party compression or quality loss after upload
Clients are responsible for implementing the provided materials.
Unless stated otherwise in writing:
• Clients receive a commercial use license for the delivered music.
• The license covers use on social media, websites, ads, and brand communication.
• The music cannot be resold, redistributed, or used in projects for other brands.
• Ownership of all master recordings remains with Brand Anthem Studio unless exclusive rights are purchased.
• AI generated images and visuals are licensed for commercial use.
• Visuals cannot be resold as standalone assets or added to stock libraries.
• Clients are responsible for using visuals in accordance with platform guidelines.
If a platform restricts AI generated content, the client must follow that platform’s rules.
Clients agree not to:
• Use the deliverables in any illegal, offensive, or harmful context
• Claim authorship of music or systems used to create visuals
• Sell the deliverables as templates, presets, or standalone assets
• Use the materials in a way that violates copyright laws
All content is licensed for the client’s brand only.
• Brand Anthem Studio retains ownership of all creative materials until payment is fully completed.
• For non exclusive services, Brand Anthem Studio retains underlying intellectual property rights.
• Exclusive ownership terms must be agreed upon separately and in writing.
• Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on the complexity of the request and client responsiveness.
• Delays caused by missing information, unclear direction, or late feedback are the client’s responsibility.
• Rush projects may incur additional fees.
AI generated visuals are created with advanced tools, but:
• Minor variations are natural and not considered defects
• Exact replication of a specific real person is not allowed
• Certain products may require additional references to achieve realism
We do not guarantee platform acceptance for AI images where restrictions apply.
Brand Anthem Studio provides the final deliverables but does not handle:
• Installation of on hold music on phone systems
• Technical setup on VoIP platforms
• Social media copyright claim disputes caused by improper upload
• Website implementation
We provide files optimized for commercial use.
Clients are responsible for working with their provider or technical team to apply them.
• If a client cancels before work begins, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
• If any work has started, no refunds will be provided.
• Subscription services can be cancelled at the end of the active billing cycle.
We respect client confidentiality.
Any materials, strategies, or brand information shared with us will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law.
Brand Anthem Studio is not liable for:
• Loss of revenue resulting from the use or misuse of delivered content
• Platform restrictions or takedowns outside our control
• Damages resulting from improper installation or implementation
All content is provided as a creative service. Results may vary depending on the client’s platform, audience, and use case.
Brand Anthem Studio reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Updated terms will apply to all future work or renewals.
